　　1、纸张的选用：使用品质优良，白色的信纸。信封要配合信纸的质料和颜色。

　　2、书写：求职者常需用亲手写信，字体要写得清洁可辩，龙飞凤舞的字迹无疑是自寻绝路。如果可能的话，使用打字机把信打出来。这样看起来比较具有商业气息。
