　　第二个是一个6栋23层12万平米的保障房住宅楼小区，我的职位是工程技术部经理，主管工程技术工作，包括：图纸会审、施工组织设计编制、施工方案编制、进度计划编制、钢筋翻样工作、工程资料的收集整理、参与工程质量的验收、对接勘察和设计提出设计变更、负责对现场施工图纸的答疑、提出科技创效方案（科技创效方式主要有：四新技术、设计缺陷和施工合同清单缺陷、投标的不平衡报价、地方标准要求等）、对现场施工人员的技术交底、处理现场突发事件，编制处理方案并及时走签落实、曾负责公司3个大型项目技术标书的制作、代表南宁分公司参与总部“金点子”发布会，其中“新型型钢悬挑脚手架锚固件”获得优秀奖，并在公司推广。

　　两个项目干下来以后，我对一个工程项目从土方开挖开始，直至竣工验收及交房后维修的工作都有了比较深刻的了解。同时在工作之余我还撰写论文，编写工法，目前已经有一篇论文在刊物上发表，一篇省部级工法正在评审中。工作中我比较务实、我最不喜欢的字眼就是“应该、可能、大概、差不多”因为这几个词语对工程人来说是没有实际意义的，说了和没说差不多。工作中我积极进取，主动承担项目出科技成果的重任，发表论文和工法，发掘“金点子”。
